PropStream Goes Mobile — the all-in-one field companion for real estate professionals. It puts nationwide access to over 160 million residential and commercial properties, updated daily, in an investor's pocket, so they can research and act on a deal while standing in front of the house: search a property, run comps and a machine-learning AVM valuation, read its full history, skip-trace the owner, and drop a postcard in the mail without ever opening a laptop. Speed is everything in the field — so I designed for it.
Find the deal from the driver's seat.
Investors evaluate properties on the move, so search had to be fast and forgiving. The app leads with a single search field that accepts an address or an APN, layers Geo-Location and Google Maps on top, and returns scannable result cards — enough to size up any of 160M+ properties in seconds without wading through raw records.

One Search, Many Inputs
Address Search accepts an address or an APN, so investors can look up a property however they know it — from a for-sale sign, a tax record, or memory.
Geo-Location & Maps
Map-based Geo-Location with Google Maps integration lets investors discover and pinpoint properties by where they are, not just by address — the core of researching on the move.
Scannable Results
Result cards lead with the figures that qualify a lead — value, equity, owner status — so a list of properties reads as a list of opportunities.
Driving for Dollars
Drive mode with drive history and session recording turns a route through a neighborhood into captured leads, so time in the car becomes a working list back at the office.
Every record on one screen.
A property's story lives across a dozen data sources — valuation, tax, MLS, liens, foreclosure, documents. The property detail view organizes all of it into tabbed sections so an investor can go as deep as the deal demands, from a machine-learning AVM and an Opportunity Assessment to full mortgage and transaction history.

Opportunity Assessments
The Opportunity view distills the numbers into a decision-ready read that helps an investor determine a strategy, before deciding whether to dig into the underlying records.
Comps & AVM
On-the-go Detailed Comparables from public records or MLS, plus an Automated Valuation Model powered by machine learning, give an investor a defensible value in the field — not just a guess.
Every Record, Tabbed
Tax, MLS, liens, pre-foreclosure, mortgage history, and documents each get their own section, keeping dense records legible on a small screen instead of one endless scroll.
Act In Place
Directions, share, and send-a-postcard sit right on the property, so research flows straight into action — navigate to it, send it to a partner, or market to the owner.
From lead to the mailbox.
Data only pays off when it drives outreach. The app closes the loop with homeowner skip tracing, a built-in postcard studio, favorites and lists to organize leads, and team tools so a group can work the same pipeline — turning a saved property into a reachable owner and a mailed postcard without ever leaving the phone.

Homeowner Skip Tracing
Skip tracing surfaces owner contact information right on the property, so a promising lead becomes a reachable one — the step that turns data into a conversation.
Built-In Postcard Studio
The postcard creator walks from message to color to review to confirm, so an investor can design and send customizable direct mail to an owner in a few taps.
Favorites, Tags & Notes
Properties save to organized lists with tags, statuses, and notes, so a stream of one-off finds becomes a managed pipeline an investor can work over time.
Team Access
Shared team favorites and property notes let a group work the same leads, with roles that keep everyone looking at one source of truth.
Process
For the PropStream iPhone app I designed for continuity of attention: the investor is often distracted, outdoors, and one-handed, so every flow had to survive that. I mapped the full journey — sign-up, search, deep property intelligence, and outreach — and built each screen against native iOS patterns so PropStream's 160M-property data set never made the app feel heavy. Speed in the field was the north star for every decision.
