PropertyReach
Property search and owner data made approachable — a web and mobile experience that turns a national database into a single search.

- Scope
- 10 screens

PropertyReach makes nationwide property and owner data searchable for real estate pros and everyday users. I designed the search, results, and property-detail experience across web and mobile — including a dark-mode app — so a complex database feels as simple as a single search box.
Find any property.
The whole product starts at search. The home and search experience lead with a prominent search box and clear filters, so users go from a question — an address, an owner, an area — to results without learning the database underneath.

Search-First Home
The homepage centers on search, making the product's core action obvious the moment a user lands instead of burying it under marketing.
Powerful Filters
Search filters let users narrow by the criteria that matter — location, property, and owner attributes — with a layout that stays approachable despite the depth of data behind it.
Clear Results
Results are presented as scannable cards with the key facts up front, so users can compare properties at a glance before drilling in.
The full picture.
Once a user finds a property, the detail view brings every data point together — ownership, valuation, and history — in a structured layout that answers questions without sending the user hunting across tabs.

Structured Detail
The property-detail page organizes ownership, value, and history into clear sections, turning a dense record into a readable profile.
Dashboard View
A dashboard gives returning users a home base for their searches and saved activity, so the product rewards ongoing use.
Consistent Components
Detail, dashboard, and search share one component system, keeping the experience coherent as users move between them.
In your pocket.
PropertyReach travels. The mobile app — including a polished dark mode — brings the same search and detail experience to the phone, so users can look up a property anywhere without losing capability.

Responsive Parity
The mobile experience keeps the full search-to-detail flow rather than stripping features, so the phone is a complete tool, not a companion.
Dark Mode
A carefully tuned dark mode improves legibility in low light and gives the app a modern, premium feel that suits long research sessions.
Touch-First Layout
Controls and results are sized and spaced for the thumb, making filtering and browsing comfortable on a small screen.
Process
PropertyReach's challenge was approachability — a database that pros and first-timers both use. I designed from the search box outward, making the common path effortless while keeping the depth power users need one tap away, and carried that across web and a dark-mode mobile app.
